As the character role describes, she is a whirlwind of energy and spunk. Despite what has happened in her life, she still carries herself with positivity and always looks ahead to the future. There's no reason why someone should sulk about the past! Addy is a fun-loving girl who seems to not take things very seriously. She wants to be a seamstress someday, sure... But her mind often wanders to other places. It feels very rewarding when she finally finishes an outfit, though!
Addy is a bit of a gossip. Don't let her in on your secrets, because she will spill the beans. Her intention isn't to hurt your feelings or get your deepest secrets out in the open. She just wants to have something to talk about all of the time, and spreading gossip is a good way to get people involved. She's also not very honest... Well, that actually depends on the situation. Addy is honest with her feelings and with her friends. She wouldn't want to hurt their feelings by keeping a secret from them, and she is always ready to give her opinion on something! But she does like to tell tall-tales a lot. Her stories have a lot of flavor and substance, though sometimes she pushes details a bit too much just to make them a bit more interesting. No one wants to hear a sloppy tale about grocery shopping, right? Right! That's why you gotta add in that you got attacked by a dog along the way!

To be quite honest, Addison Sorrel has not had too much of a vibrant life. It definitely isn't as vibrant as she makes it seem. She was born in a land far from Ilusia to a couple who already had one child. She grew up as every normal child should. She made friends when she went to school, she loved annoying her older brother, and she also had to deal with her father leaving the family. At the tender young age of seven, he skedaddled from their family for reasons she was too young to understand. Her life consisted of playing with her friends, making believe that she was a princess or someone she wasn't. Her father leaving had more of an impact on their mother than anything. Addy knew very little about her father, other than he liked to drink and made his wife do everything.
Addy was no real help to her brother, who had to mend the family back together. Their mother was growing sick, which is a reason she found her father left. He didn't want to take care of her, or her children. It was a while before Addy found out that he was not their real father, so he felt no responsibility over them. Even as Addy's brother took over the role of caretaker, she still was in her own little world. Making friends and having fun was at the top of her priorities.
Their mother's health kept declining. After hearing rumors of the magic that the land of Ilusia held, they packed up and moved. Perhaps there would be a cure for their mother in Ilusia. The small family settled down in Asgard, and Addy finished her schooling. She soon picked up a job as a waitress for the Sunny Garden Cafe, and she loves to boast about how she is bringing in so much business. She was able to get her brother a job as well, so that between the two of them, they could earn enough money for their ailing mother.
