BLIND EYE
Jeremiah Oranssi Eden Two Hundred and Ten Winter N/A | Pansexual Six foot two Faerie Pisces |
personality
Jeremiah is much like his twin brother due to the fact that they are identical twins. The only difference between the two of them is that he is blind in one eye. Jeremiah, like his brother, is an extremely kind and generous individual. He shares the moral values of his twin brother and loves the power of justice that comes along with it. The two of them are both hard to turn away from somebody struggling or suffering if they are innocently doing so. The only difference between his brother‘s point of view is that Jeremiah typically thinks that most people are deserving of redemption rather than helping just those who are already on the right path. This, however, leads to a false sense of when people are taking advantage of him. While his intelligence is not impeded otherwise, people can often convince him of their goodwill; save his brother in a game of theirs. Like his brother, he is there to relax those around him and to offer advice.
Jeremiah and his brother share a strong belief in bonds whether they are familial or racial. Jeremiah is extremely welcoming to most anybody, clearing the idea of ill-intentioned people out of his mind. His brother is usually the one to step in to remove threats when they arrive. However, Jeremiah will work with Charles in the process to prove their innocence or guilt. The two of them work well together when looking at a situation. If the trust of Jeremiah is betrayed a second time, there is no redemption, for Fate does not err twice. At this point, Jeremiah turns to be just as Charles: cunning and passive-aggressive.
He knows his twin brother has something he is aiming for that he is keeping hidden and has kept hidden all these years, but is it the same as his own? Jeremiah is not sure, but inside he has the underlying feeling that what he must accomplish is the goal he has set for himself. If he does not achieve it first, he will forever be the lesser brother, but if it ruins his brother‘s plans…Jeremiah wouldn‘t know what to do with himself.

history
Charles was the known abomination of the family, but Jeremiah was even worse off--his very existence was kept under the table for the longest of times. He was more of an abomination than his twin brother. To have two raven haired children when a faerie was worse than having only one. Why let the populous know of the half blind one? He was loved by his mother and brother, that was for certain, however, he was the unknown child for longer than every expected. HE watched from around the corner. Jeremiah watched as his brother got to play with mother, while he had to make sure he couldn‘t be seen. He saw all the terrible things that happened to mother, but unlike Charles, he couldn‘t go in to make her feel better or help her. In the situation, Jeremiah could not do anything to help. He was instead a helpless boy who sat behind the scenes waiting for the limelight that never came to him.
The only sorts of education that he received were the books that he borrowed from his brother. Anything his brother read, he tried to read. He wanted to be able to do everything his brother could do, even though he was blinded in one eye. He believed in giving the world a second chance. He wanted to make it almost like a utopia. Jeremiah wanted to use the power of justice throughout all his work towards winning over the world. Upon the passing of his dearest mother, Jeremiah vowed to make the world the kind of place he could have lived in for all the years of his life--not just the end. He knew that the ends didn‘t justify the means, but he would create a utopia. He would make it from the inside out. It would be perfect…
Jeremiah loved his older brother, there was no denial in such things. It was, rather, that his brother took the world with much harsher terms than he did. They agreed on most things as they were identical twins, but there were the few things that Jeremiah could forgive individuals on that Charles refused to do. That was their major separating difference. Jeremiah knew his brother most likely had a similar goal in mind...but that key difference would be the dividing factor in their goals. They may meet in some place they wish never to be.
