By personality, Holly is fairly different from her brother, but not so much that one would not think them related. While Fayt is well-spoken and calm, Holly can come across as disorganized and oblivious when first meeting someone. She tends to speak before thinking about what she's saying. However, she's friendly and respectful, so she's much easier to talk to when she's warmed up to a person. With her friends, Holly is loyal and determined to keep them safe and happy, though with thinking of others, it's not difficult for her to be forgetful about keeping her own worries and concerns in check.
On the reverse, Holly can be sarcastic, overprotective, and jealous about many things. It's not something she can exactly help, as it happens in a snap and can cause a swift mood swing in Holly's personality. She doesn't like showing anything that is negative to anyone new, but she realizes that people that she's known for awhile will inevitably see her that way. Holly has a problem with getting her hopes too high, leaving her depressed when she gets too optimistic.

There was a story that spoke of a time when Heim wasn't ruling Ilusia, but it was short lived when the royal family was slaughtered in one night. Holly Devanti, youngest of the heirs, along with her brother, Fayt, escaped, but that was a long time ago... All Holly can remember is her adoptive family and always growing up in the inn.
Her life past that was rather uneventful. She never really learned that she was adopted, because it was something of common knowledge. However, Holly kept quiet and never brought it up, except with Fayt. Wynter was never seen as a brother figure, more so a friend than anything else. She helped her adoptive mother with chores around the inn and took to cleaning when being told. They were things to keep her mind off of other things, like where she came from and who her real parents were.
Over the years, she created a closer relationship with her childhood friend, Wynter, though she's never brought herself to act on anything when she's not completely certain with how he sees her. For the time, she continues to work at the inn and find odd jobs around the town. With not knowing exactly what she wants to do, it leaves Holly a lot of time for poking around with her interests.
