Icarus The utter beauty of it all, was hard to believe. The slight chirping of the birds as they took flight through the glistening skies and the radiate sun beaming a fluorescent beam upon the earth. The butterflies and bees fluttered about perching along each innocent flower that flourished with nectar, as the breeze seemed to idly shift through Solomon's grizzled snow white hair that rippled through the wind. He could hear his own heartbeat pound away in rhythmic pleasure at the sight of a second world, beyond his damp cell. If only for a moment, Solomon found himself compelled by the sheer utter allure of Ilusia Fields. It nearly made him completely forget the torment of that damp awful hole for those unbearable years in the depths of Heim. His mind wondered constantly if this was his final hour, his final minute,or his final reminder of the vile deeds he performed as a hunter. Maybe this was a sign for change and becoming something different or was it the chance to have a fresh start in a new place with new people. His mind was so accustomed to the loneliness of captivity, however no person no matter the strength nor prowess could utterly win against the forsaken emotion of being abandoned. It would weave an unattainable fanciful hope that would leave you along the boundaries between sanity and insanity. Solomon could never abandon his hope of escaping, if so he then would be no different than a slave to his mind. Solomon slowly closed his eyes as he laid against his bedroll in the center of a pasture simply relaxing, "I never want to go through that again. Maybe it is time to start over, fresh. I can be anything I ever wanted to be a famous explorer, a author, a blacksmith, or even simply Solomon. Father if could see me now I wish I could simply tell you sorry for betraying you, for leaving you alone in your time of need. I promise I will not mess up this time. I'll be the man you brought me up to become... "

Rufus was out on a day trip to find the perfect spot for a picnic. On his way to who knows where, he stumbled upon a little clearing with grazing animals. He grinned and saw the pure beauty of that spot, and hopped over a little fence to take a closer look. Then he noticed something in the middle of the field. Looked like some blankets or something. Upon further inspection it was a person! Lying in the middle of the field. He walked up to him, and his one arm carried his picnic basket over, his straw hat shimmering with the wind. He squatted down behind the fellow who seemed to be uttering something to himself, and said "Yo!" With a curious look on his face he asked the man "What are you doing out here? It's pretty far displaced from town." He set his basket down and with his single arm he tried to spread his blanket out - which didn't go very well, but it was good enough to sit on. "Me, I'm on a picnic. And I think I found just the right spot. Want to have a snack with me?" In his basket were a multitude of snacks he had either baked himself or got from a bakery in Asgard. Hopefully he'd meet a new friend today!

Icarus
Solomon sighed sluggishly as he unlatched his wavering eyes to embrace the luminous streak of rays that conjured from the sun. The approaching peddle of feet alerted Solomon as he fastened his hand onto the hilt of his blade that laid beside him. He idly sat upwards and turned to notice the man and nodded casually as he said, "Yo" The man had a subtle appearance about him that puzzled Solomon greatly from his appearance to the general mystique of his character. He had the look of someone that knew the true jaded reality of the world. Though he would never allow that reality to get twist and turn his mind even as he arranged the blanket against the grass. Solomon dazzled Rufus with a charming smile as he ogled him with the simplistic allure of his solid emerald green eyes that glittered along fluorescent beam of light that radiated upon them both.
"I am simply traveling I saw this place and I couldn't help, but just stop and take in this view. I've never seen anything like it before in all my travels."
In reality, Solomon had never seen anything like this before in all his travels before he was locked away. In his days in that prison he would have given his life to see such a treasure. The light shimmering down upon him, the wind softly caressing his skin, and now the company of another it was a wonder to him whether the gods were playing a cruel joke or whether things might actually be looking up for him. His expression trickled away immediately upon the sudden notice of the word, food as he head lowered. A single tear slowly collapsed down the corner of his cheek as he looked upwards towards Rufus and a eerie growl from his stomach echoed throughout the field. "Did you say food?" A crazed look of happiness swept over as he wiped away the tears and a gust of wind shuddered across his snowy white hair.

"Food? Yup! I even have some meat in the sandwiches," Rufus rummaged through his basket to pull one of them out. "you want the ham or the turkey sandwich?" He suddenly remembered something. "Oh wait a second!" He put both sandwiches back in the basket and unfolded the blanket that he was carrying with the basket with his one arm. "I've found the perfect spot for a picnic!" he exclaimed with a jovial grin. He laid the blanket on the grass and placed the basket in the middle and sat down with his legs crossed. "So turkey or ham? I'm Rufus Morgan by the way!" He pulled out a vine of green grapes and started munching on them with a big gullible grin on his face.
All he could think about was the food in the basket. He packed a ton of fruits in there and those sandwiches were the only starchy foods in there. It was a perfect day out for a picnic, and the fields of Ilusia were just the right place to go for one. And on top of all that he made a new friend! Whatever his name was.
