Ciella is an extremely determined woman. She will find something that she wants to get done and will continue to work towards completing that goal until it is done. Even the essential things, such as money needed to complete her tasks of building a café for her to run, do not even get in her way. She might have no money, but that doesn't stop her from doing what she wants to do. However, the only long term goal Ciella had ever made was the one to build a café for her to run. Normally, her goals are extremely naïve. The typical goals for her are very small, often the equivalent of an average person's to-do list. However, due to the simplicity of the grandiose portion of her goals, it makes her feel like she is a very accomplished person. Ciella experiences very few moments of failure in her life. The only things that get in her way are other people if their cooperation is required for the completion of the job. Ciella's high rate of success allows her to be a happy person all of the time.
Ciella's attention span for the most part is mostly short lived. You have to constantly keep her attention or she will go off to do something else. This helps when she is working as a waiter as she tends to notice all the different customers that come into her café. Due to her lack of an attention span, Ciella can come across as rather ditsy. She is not actually ditsy, but simply easily distracted. Ciella is also a hopeless romantic as per her zodiac stereotype. She loves to surprise people with gifts and dates. She's one of those people that acts like she is in a relationship with somebody before the other member even understands that there are feelings there. To go along with her romantic antics, Ciella is terrible with money management. She loves to spend money on other people and often doesn't pay attention to going over budget. She looks on the bright side of everything and doesn't see having nothing as a bad thing. She enjoys her experiences anyways.

For most all of her life, Ciella was told that she would not be able to succeed to the level of her siblings. She had always been an irresponsible spender and her goals were never up to par with all of the people around her. Through school, she was commonly laughed at for her goals in life were simple things. Most people wanted to become doctors or guards. Ciella just wanted to have a party at the end of the school year. She was so innocent and idiotic to the rest of the people around her. There were few that would place faith in her, let alone be around her. Yet even with such isolation and rejection, Ciella found happiness in her own little world. She enjoyed serving tea to her imaginary friends and eventually set her mind out to prove everybody wrong about her: she would build her own café!
After leaving school, Ciella never forgot about her newly found dream to build her own café. She hired a few people to help her construct the building as well as working herself. She bought all of the materials as well in order to make sure that everything was perfect for her new café. Ciella was so determined to complete her café that she borrowed money from the banking system to complete her project. It took her several years to finish building it. Even when the workers left for the evening, Ciella would work at her dream through the night by lantern light. It wasn't uncommon for her to fall asleep in precarious locations through a failed attempt at an all nighter. Upon the shop's completion, Ciella was in a rather large hole as far as debts went. Even under such circumstances she was happy and bubbly. She had completed her dream and she would work there and run her own little shop just like she always said she would.
She had thought about where she would be living all through the construction process. Ciella was glad that she had decided to place her living space on top of the shop itself. It saved her a lot of time when she was going to and from work. More than that, she found herself falling asleep late at night in the shop on some longer days. She knew she wouldn't be able to walk back to her home if she had to leave after waking up in the middle of the night. She knew the streets were not a safe place for a woman at night, even with guards around. There were some of the days, however, when she wished she could walk home after work with one of her common customers: Murphy Rhieder. The General Store owner always seemed so uptight. He really needed to relax and enjoy himself more. Ciella just wanted to show him that the world isn't all work and money.
